  • 1.山楂洗净。
  • 2.用刀子去蒂去核取山楂肉。
  • 3.山楂肉放入盆里,放一层山楂撒一层白糖,腌制15分钟渗出水分。
  • 4.直接把盆放入蒸锅上,大火10-15分钟,把山楂蒸熟。
  • 5.蒸熟的山楂盆里有很多水分,把蒸好的山楂放凉,倒入搅拌机里打成山楂泥。
  • 6.如果山楂泥过于稀,倒入小锅里小火慢慢翻拌山楂泥,使山楂泥变稠即可。
