花生抹茶饼干

Steps to make 花生抹茶饼干

  • 1.黄油60克。
  • 2.加入细砂糖,盐和泡打粉。
  • 3.黄油和糖搅拌均匀后,把蛋液分两次加入,再次搅拌均匀。
  • 4.搅至颜色发白。
  • 5.花生25克即可,我这里有点多了。
  • 6.把花生加入到黄油中。
  • 7.搅拌均匀。
  • 8.把低筋粉和抹茶粉搅拌均匀。
  • 9.把低粉加入到黄油糊中。
  • 10.把所有材料揉成面团。
  • 11.放入模具整形好,用油纸包好放入冰箱冷冻半个小时左右。
  • 12.冷冻好的面团。
  • 13.面团切成约四毫米的薄片,把切好的饼干坯放入铺好油纸的烤盘,我切的有点厚,烤箱160度烘烤20分钟。
