早餐也华丽---燕麦蓝莓马芬

买的4盒蓝莓还没折腾完,就继续蓝莓系列吧.....

  • 桂格即食燕麦片20克
  • 无铅泡打粉2克
  • 无盐黄油110克
  • 鸡蛋2个
  • 砂糖60克
  • 蓝莓鲜果100克

Steps to make 早餐也华丽---燕麦蓝莓马芬

  • 1.模具涂上薄薄一层软化黄油,筛上面粉,轻轻磕掉多余的粉,备用。
  • 2.低筋面粉、泡打粉混合过筛两次,与燕麦片拌匀。
  • 3.无盐黄油切成小块,室温下软化。
  • 4.分次加入细砂糖用电动打蛋器打至发白、体积变大。
  • 5.将鸡蛋打匀,分4-5次加到黄油中,打匀。
  • 6.加入混合的粉类、沥干水分的蓝莓。
  • 7.以橡皮刮刀由底部往上轻压拌面糊,使其均匀即可。
  • 8.烤箱预热180度,面糊倒入模具8分满,以烤架盛托,中层、烘烤20-25分钟。
  • 9.出炉待冷后即可脱模。
