    • 1.准备红豆一包。

    • 8.锅里放四碗水和三块冰片糖(喜欢甜的可以多放糖)煮开。
    • 9.然后将开好的粉浆倒入烧开的糖水里,搅拌均匀米糊。
    • 10.准备小碗并在小碗里刷上一层薄薄的油。
    • 11.将搅拌均匀的米糊舀一勺放入小碗里。
    • 12.将煮好的红豆放在小碗的米糊上,盖上保鲜膜,上蒸锅,蒸40分钟,取出,摊凉即可。
