  • 1.排骨洗净。
  • 2.飞水,洗净浮沫,沥干水份。
  • 3.小南瓜去皮切块。(自家种的日本小南瓜,还不够老,因为叶子都黄了,只好摘了。)
  • 4.准备姜蒜。
  • 5.热油锅炒糖色。(炒至糖溶化变褐色,起很多泡泡。)
  • 6.放入排骨快速炒匀,让沾上糖色。
  • 7.放入姜蒜炒香。
  • 8.倒入料酒炒。
  • 9.倒入生抽,老抽炒匀。
  • 10.倒入热水和盐,大火烧开,转小火煮30分钟。
  • 11.放入南瓜中火煮15分钟。
  • 12.大火稍收汁即可。
  • 13.成品图。
