  • 红油豆瓣一勺

Steps to make 小青de美食---四川粉蒸肉

  • 1.准备一包粉蒸肉粉,记得要买出产地是四川的.
  • 2.大蒜生姜剁碎切末,将上好的五花肉去毛洗净,切成4-5cm长,2-3mm厚的厚片,加入盐,花椒粉,香油,生抽,红油豆瓣,蒜末,生姜末,料酒将肉腌制半小时以便入味,再将蒸肉粉倒拌入肉中,一边拌一边揉,使米粉更好地包裹在肉上,再腌制10分钟.
  • 3.将红薯洗净去皮切成大小合适的块,放入蒸笼中.
  • 4.再将腌好的肉一片一片均匀地铺在红薯上(松松地铺上肉,肉要把红薯盖住)
  • 5.锅里放入适量的水,大火上汽后,旺火蒸40分钟。蒸的过程中注意锅底的水不要干了,最后撒上葱花,直接将蒸笼端上桌即可.
  • 6.成品色泽红亮,麻辣不腻,软糯化渣,红薯的味道更是美味!
