Steps to make 糖醋鲫鱼

  • 1.鲫鱼去鳞、内脏清洗干净,在鱼身两面打上一字刀。
  • 2.加少许料酒腌制20分钟。
  • 3.在腌好的鱼两面都拍上一些干面粉。
  • 4.煎锅中加油,放入鲫鱼,煎至两面金黄色。
  • 5.。。。。。
  • 6.盛出备用。
  • 7.锅中留底油,放入少许葱、蒜末炒香。
  • 8.再加入葱末、蒜末、姜丝、醋、酱油、糖、水大火烧开。
  • 9.放入鲫鱼。
  • 10.盖盖小火炖12分钟(中间给鲫鱼翻个个)。
  • 11.在碗中加葱、蒜末,番茄酱,干淀粉。
  • 12.倒入少许水搅拌均匀。
  • 13.倒入锅中。
  • 14.大火收一下汁出锅即可。
