Steps to make 【红豆桃仁双皮奶】夏季消暑甜品

  • 1.准备好所有材料。
  • 2.牛奶稍微煮至微微地沸腾。
  • 3.倒入小碗中,静置放凉,使其表面形成奶皮。
  • 4.鸡蛋的蛋清和蛋黄分开后,把蛋清倒入盛有白砂糖的碗中。
  • 5.用打蛋器把蛋清和糖打匀。
  • 6.把凉了的牛奶碗中的奶皮刺破,然后轻轻地把牛奶倒入蛋清混合物中。
  • 7.碗底会留有奶皮。
  • 8.牛奶和蛋清搅拌均匀,然后过滤。
  • 9.再将牛奶蛋清混合液慢慢地倒回小碗中,奶皮就会浮到碗表面
  • 10.盖上保鲜膜,放入锅中蒸。大火煮开后,小火蒸10分钟后关火。
  • 11.在锅中再焖10分钟后取出。在双皮奶上撒上红豆和桃仁即可。(夏季放入冰箱冷藏后更好吃。)
