彩虹螺旋豆沙酥

Steps to make 彩虹螺旋豆沙酥

  • 1.主料里所有材料(水油皮)揉成光滑面团,辅料里油酥材料全部混合揉成团,再均分成五等分,分别加入你喜欢的色素一两滴,成五份颜色不同的油酥团,静止醒二十分钟
  • 2.醒好的两种面团,水油皮团等量分成六份,油酥团每种颜色分别等量分成六分
  • 3.取一份水油皮擀开,放入其中一份五彩油酥团(油酥团稍微搓成椭圆),颜色随意排放,左右提起水油皮边把它们包起来
  • 4.包起来的面团横过来,轻轻擀开一点,然后回到竖的方向再轻轻擀开呈长条状
  • 5.再自上而下卷起来,竖着放好,静止十分钟
  • 6.按扁一个卷,轻轻擀开呈舌状
  • 7.再次卷起来,竖着放,静止十分钟
  • 8.把绿豆馅均分成十二分,备用(你可以换成你喜欢的红枣馅或者别的馅料)
  • 9.取一个卷,横着放,然后中间切开,成两个面丕,切口朝上
  • 10.轻轻按扁一个面丕,均匀擀开,让颜色分布均匀
  • 11.擀开的面丕翻面,然后放上一个绿豆馅,用虎口慢慢收圆,收口朝下
  • 12.全部做好后,放入烤盘,烤箱提前预热,170℃,烤25分钟左右
  • 13.烤好后,取出凉透食用
  • 14.漂亮的彩虹螺旋酥。
