Steps to make 柠檬鸡拌虾仁

  • 1.准备好食材:如图所示。
  • 2.清洗干净的鸡用热水稍微烫一下让鸡皮更加紧实也有效去掉腥味。
  • 3.将鸡放于盘中放几块姜,电煮锅冷水起蒸中火蒸20分钟,焖10分钟取出。
  • 4.蒸好的鸡肉(用筷子扦一下鸡腿的地方如没血水渗出就是熟透)。
  • 5.拿掉姜片,将鸡肉装包保鲜袋放入冰箱冷冻20分钟(或是过冰水都可以)。
  • 6.从冰箱拿出来的鸡皮会更爽滑。
  • 7.将鸡肉撕成小条。
  • 8.将虾烫熟。
  • 9.剥壳后放入撕好的鸡肉一起。
  • 10.将柠檬片,香菜,蒜末,蚝油,香油,糖,盐焗鸡粉放入鸡肉一起抓匀。
  • 11.很开胃的拌菜就完成了。
