Steps to make 玉米奶酪司康

  • 1.准备好食材,低粉过筛加入泡打粉、盐、糖混合均匀;
  • 2.黄油从冰箱取出不用软化,切小块加入粉类里;
  • 3.戴一次性手套,用手搓捏黄油,搓成面粉屑;
  • 4.倒入酸奶,用ACA橡皮刮刀以切拌方式混合;
  • 5.加入玉米粒和奶酪粒拌匀;
  • 6.案板撒上低粉,把面团用手压成厚度2.5cm的长方形;
  • 7.平均切成六等份;
  • 8.放到铺硅油纸的烤盘上,刷一层蛋液,180度预热烤箱;
  • 9.放入烤箱175度上下火中层烤20分钟左右。
  • 10.充满美味的司康饼!
  • 11.可搭配咖啡或红茶!
