  • 1.将蛋白倒入调理盆中,加入白砂糖使用麦子厨房手持电动打蛋器搅打至湿性发泡。
  • 2.湿性发泡状态:提起打蛋头有弹性挺立但尾端稍弯曲
  • 3.加入椰子粉,同时筛入低筋面粉
  • 4.翻拌均匀成面糊,
  • 5.装入一次性裱花袋中,袋口剪1cm的开口。
  • 6.麦子厨房小红锅装上平烤盘中温(手表一点钟位置)预热完成后,
  • 7.铺入一张烘焙纸。
  • 8.把面糊挤于烘焙纸上,形成长条状.
  • 9.盖上上盖,烘烤15分钟后取出即可食用。
