Steps to make 南瓜吐司

  • 1.南瓜洗净,去皮,切成块,蒸熟压成泥;锅烧温热,先放入南瓜泥,中小火将大部分水分炒散,倒入砂糖,继续炒至南瓜泥水分收紧,最后加入黄油,炒至南瓜泥成团,关火,移开放凉;
  • 2.将除黄油以外的所有材料按照先液体后粉末的顺序放入面包机中,启动面包机和面功能30分钟;离和面结束前的10分钟加入黄油,直至和面结束,启动面包机发酵功能90分钟;
  • 3.将发酵好的面团取出排气后,覆盖保鲜膜,静置15分钟中间发酵;
  • 4.用手将面团均匀的按压成薄面片,宽度和吐司模大小一致;
  • 5.均匀铺满南瓜泥;

  • 7.发酵至几乎满模;
  • 8.表面刷上蛋液,放入预热好的175度的烤箱,上下火,中层,烤40分钟;
  • 9.成品;
  • 10.搭配炒鸡蛋+煎土豆+牛奶+红提,一顿美味营养的早餐出炉;
