Steps to make 捞汁挂面

  • 1.小米辣,香菜,蒜瓣分别切碎,柠檬切片备用。
  • 2.小米辣,蒜末,香菜,柠檬放入碗中,加入盐,生抽,陈醋,蚝油,凉开水搅拌均匀。
  • 3.锅中加水,放少许盐,水开后放入挂面煮至断生。
  • 4.煮好的挂面,过凉开水捞起备用。
  • 5.将蘑菇煮熟捞起。
  • 6.豆芽,虾也分别煮熟,将虾壳剥去。
  • 7.将煮好的挂面,虾和配菜放入碗中,淋上料汁即可。
