#ACA第四届烘焙大赛暨是爱吃节#肉松蛋糕
肉松蛋糕是我个人非常喜欢的一款蛋糕,口感松软湿润,因为加入了肉松,不甜不腻非常好吃,搭配牛奶或果汁当早餐再合适不过了。

  • 鸡蛋4个
  • 纯牛奶60克
  • 玉米油30克
  • 熟白芝麻少许
  • 葱花少许
  • 细砂糖65克

Steps to make #ACA第四届烘焙大赛暨是爱吃节#肉松蛋糕

  • 1.蛋黄,蛋白分离,分别装入无油无水的容器中。
  • 2.纯牛奶和玉米油混合,加入蛋黄,用蛋抽搅拌均匀。
  • 3.筛入低筋面粉,用蛋抽搅打均匀至无干粉。
  • 4.蛋白中滴入几滴柠檬汁或白醋,加入细砂糖,用电动打蛋器低速打发至湿性发泡。
  • 5.取三分之一的蛋白霜到蛋黄糊里,翻拌均匀。
  • 6.将拌好的蛋糕糊倒入到剩余的蛋白霜中,翻拌均匀。
  • 7.将拌好的蛋糕糊倒入不粘烤盘中(屋诺28*28金色不粘烤盘),轻轻的晃动几下,再用力震几下,震出大气泡。
  • 8.撒上肉松。
  • 9.再撒上白芝麻和葱花。
  • 10.送入事先预热好的烤箱中层,上下火150度,35分钟左右。
  • 11.烤好后戴上隔热手套将烤盘取出,倒扣在烤架上,降温后脱模到油纸上。
  • 12.切块即可食用,非常好吃哦!
  • 13.无任何添加剂,美味又健康!
