鲜虾可乐饼
“可乐饼”据说是从法国传入日本,在日本兴旺发达起来。 名字取自法语中的croquette,日音为koroke,音似“可乐饼”。可乐饼原本的做法是,在奶油和面粉制成的酱中加入碎菜和肉(用马铃薯泥亦可),冷却后捏成圆柱形,再抹上小麦粉、蛋汁以及面包粉,并且用油炸。
而我今天做的这道菜,而是改良版的鲜虾可乐饼,并且弃且传统的油炸方式,选用烤箱烤制的,相比油炸的更加少油健康呢~`~”

  • 面包糠50克
  • 食盐2克
  • 白胡椒粉1克
  • 黑胡椒粉1克

Steps to make 鲜虾可乐饼

  • 1.准备好相关食材
  • 2.对虾洗净后,去头去虾线
  • 3.再将除虾尾以外的虾壳剥去,并在腹部用刀轻划几刀,防止加热后虾身卷曲
  • 4.放入小碗中,加少许食盐和料酒腌制一会儿去用腥又入味
  • 5.土豆去皮洗净切块,送入微波炉高火加热5~8分钟
  • 6.趁热捣成泥,并加入食盐、白胡椒粉和黑胡椒粉拌匀
  • 7.待土豆泥微冷不烫手了,用手取一份土豆泥搓成椭圆形分成11份
  • 8.然后用手指在中间按出一个凹槽,把腌好的虾放在上面包裹好
  • 9.依次包裹好其它几个
  • 10.将包裹好的可乐胚在蛋液里面蘸一下
  • 11.再放入面包糠中滚一圈
  • 12.均匀地放入不粘烤盘里
  • 13.送入预热好的烤箱中层:200度上下火,烤15分钟左右
  • 14.烤制10分钟时取出,表面刷层芥花油
  • 15.继续送入烤箱
  • 16.取出烤盘
  • 17.吃时蘸点番茄酱味道棒极了
