Steps to make 玉米面香芹叶饼子

  • 1.将香芹叶洗净,用开水焯一下,过凉后挤干水份,切成1厘米的小段。
  • 2.细玉米面、黄豆面、泡打粉、盐、糖、鸡蛋、焯过水的香芹叶小段放入容器中拌合一下。
  • 3.加入250克水拌合后和成玉米面香芹叶饼子面团。
  • 4.和好的玉米面香芹叶饼子面团。
  • 5.电饼铛内刷上少许的食用油,放入6个,每个约60克用手拍成饼子状的玉米面香
  • 6.盖上电饼铛的盖子,焖煎5分钟左右,当玉米面香芹叶饼子两面煎成金黄色时即可出锅。
