虾仁蔬菜沙拉
有时候家时各样蔬菜剩下那么点,就喜欢做沙拉了,简单快捷,营养多我。买了虾子用些来炒饭,剩下的做沙拉。
虾营养丰富,含蛋白质是鱼、蛋、奶的几倍到几十倍;还含有丰富的钾、碘、镁、磷等矿物质及维生素A、氨茶碱等成分,且容易消化,老少皆宜。

圣女果,又称小樱桃,珍珠小番茄,樱桃小番茄,既可蔬又可果,也可以做成蜜饯。含谷胱甘肽和番茄红素等物质,可促进人体生长发育,增强抵抗力,延缓衰老。而其中的维生素PP含量是果蔬之首,是保护皮肤,维护胃液正常分泌,促进红细胞生成。

  • 1.准备好虾仁。
  • 2.紫甘蓝洗好,用盐水泡一下。
  • 3.圣女果切对半。
  • 4.锅里加入姜和葱烧开,滴入料酒。
  • 5.加入虾仁焯熟。
  • 6.把沥干水分的紫甘蓝和虾仁放碗中。
  • 7.加入圣女果和沙拉酱拌匀。
  • 8.装入碗中即可。
