烤箱版非油炸薯条
天气突然转凉,萁萁的玩耍场地从室外转为室内,附近的肯德基里的小游乐园被小家伙盯上了,只要路过就吵着玩滑滑梯,偶尔点了炸薯条吃货萁也抢着吃,可是油炸食物脂肪油脂含量高,对孩子的健康其实是不利的,这时不如考虑非油炸烤薯条,还吃不油腻,两个土豆就可以做出一大盘呢!

Steps to make 烤箱版非油炸薯条

  • 1.准备食材。
  • 2.选择椭圆形大个土豆,切成小手指长的粗细。
  • 3.用清水泡去淀粉,10分钟左右。
  • 4.用控温精准的韩国大宇电陶炉冷水下土豆条,大火煮2分钟加少许盐,捞出。
  • 5.沥干水分,我用的是厨房纸快速将薯条上的水分沥干。
  • 6.将沥干水分的土豆条放入碗中,放入一勺油,一勺盐,充分摇晃,还可以根据自己的口味放椒盐粉或者罗勒叶粉,制作成各种口味的也不错。
  • 7.同上步。
  • 8.烤盘上垫上锡纸刷上,不用再刷油,将土豆一根一根的放上去。
  • 9.放入预热好的烤箱,刚入中层温度上下火180度,烤20分钟,烤好的薯条蘸上番茄酱吃更美味哦。
  • 10.如果想吃脆一点的将烤盘放入上层哦,我个人还是喜欢吃稍微软一点,土豆的香味更重,味道也更好哈。
