Steps to make 干煎秋刀鱼

  • 1.把小米辣,姜,葱,洗干净,切成丁备用。
  • 2.秋刀鱼,去掉内脏,洗干净。
  • 3.秋刀鱼北上,划开,如图所示。
  • 4.把秋刀鱼放入盘中,洒上姜。
  • 5.加入料酒。
  • 6.洒上盐,腌制半小时。
  • 7.半小时后,表面洒上淀粉,备用。
  • 8.热锅起油。
  • 9.放入秋刀鱼,小火煎。
  • 10.两面,都要煎至金黄。
  • 11.然后,倒入小米辣。
  • 12.洒上烧烤粉。
  • 13.再次翻面煎。
  • 14.另一面,也放上烧烤粉。
  • 15.两面都,煎至金黄酥脆,洒上葱即可盛出。
  • 16.盛出上桌。
