Steps to make 肉饼蒸蛋

  • 1.一点点牛肉剁成肉馅(如果用猪肉,一样剁成馅),加一点点盐,料酒,蚝油,搅拌均匀,放入碗中,用勺子稍微压平。
  • 2.打入一颗鸡蛋在肉馅上,然后上锅蒸10分钟左右。
  • 3.蒸好之后端出锅
  • 4.加入少许生抽,淋上芝麻油,撒上小葱花,即可开吃
  • 5.底下小肉饼,上面整鸡蛋,香喷喷 。
