广式蛋黄豆沙月饼

Steps to make 广式蛋黄豆沙月饼

  • 1.做月饼的材料备好。
  • 2.将转化糖浆,花生油,枧水,一起放入大碗中用手动搅拌器搅打均匀。
  • 3.筛入面粉。
  • 4.硅胶刮刀翻拌均匀拌倒光滑油亮的样子。盖上保鲜膜放入冰箱松弛两小时。
  • 5.咸蛋黄用油提前浸泡两天。
  • 6.然后用厨房纸吸干油。
  • 7.放在烤盘中,烤箱150°上下火。
  • 8.烤十分钟,取出。
  • 9.咸蛋黄加豆沙,一共50克一个。
  • 10.包好备用。
  • 11.将松弛好的面团分成25克一个,全部分好,盖上保鲜膜防止变干。
  • 12.饼皮和馅料全部分好。
  • 13.取一个饼皮将饼皮压扁。
  • 14.放上一颗馅料。
  • 15.慢慢的推饼皮直到全部包好,做好的饼胚表皮油光发亮的。
  • 16.月饼胚放入生粉中滚一圈,月饼模具装上喜欢的花片。饼胚放入模具中,按压月饼模具形成坚挺漂亮的花纹。
  • 17.全部做好放入烤盘中,烤箱提前预热上下火200度。用喷壶喷少许水在月饼胚上。放入烤箱中层五分钟。
  • 18.取出刷一层薄薄的蛋黄水,不要太多否则花纹不好看。烤箱转170°继续考15分钟。至表面金黄即可。
  • 19.取出放凉装好回油即可食用。
  • 20.这是头天晚上做的,到第二天中午,已经很漂亮了。
  • 21.我用的低糖豆沙馅儿,做出的月饼甜度刚刚好。
  • 22.装好盒子送礼也是美美哒。
