面包机版葡萄干面包!

Steps to make 面包机版葡萄干面包!

  • 1.所有材料
  • 2.面包桶内加入牛奶,玉米油,盐,和白糖
  • 3.倒入高筋面粉,覆盖整个液体材料,中间挖个坑,把酵母埋进去
  • 4.启动面包16键开始和面,程序设定是5分钟一次,可以选择和面三次,或者直接把时间改为45分钟
  • 5.葡萄干洗干净,用至今吸去多余的水分,和面结束后加入葡萄干
  • 6.选择17键,开始发酵,发酵的程序是一个半小时,起重0分钟是在和面的,后70分钟才识发酵的时间
  • 7.面包机停止转动后,把里面的搅拌叶拿出来,检查下出膜的情况,盖上盖子,开始发酵,中途不要在打开
  • 8.发酵结束后面团已经发满一桶
  • 9.把桶拿出来在桶身包个锡纸,防止烤的时候上色厉害,外皮过厚
  • 10.启动面包机18键,开始烘烤,时间选择为50分钟
  • 11.时间到了,上色也很好的
  • 12.倒出面包
  • 13.外皮是非常软的,也很薄的
  • 14.可以套个袋子防止外皮干了
