  • 1.材料备齐,黄油不要太软化的状态。
  • 2.黄油,盐,糖面粉混合成小颗粒状。

  • 4.揉成团后包保鲜膜冷藏2小时。
  • 5.台面撒适量手粉,面团擀成片状!
  • 6.从上往下卷起。搓成约40cm长。
  • 7.切割成长3CM的小块。
  • 8.表面沾一层细砂糖,摆入烤盘,烤箱中层180度,烘烤30分钟。
  • 9.出炉脱模放凉即可!
