  • 白砂糖30克
  • 白醋250ml
  • 凉白开200ml

Steps to make 泡椒萝卜

  • 1.萝卜洗净控干水分,切成长条一勺盐一层萝卜条。
  • 2.所有的萝卜条用盐,腌制半小时。
  • 3.萝卜条腌出水后沥干水分,凉白开提前放凉备用。
  • 4.控干水分的萝卜条放入容器中,倒入一勺白砂糖。
  • 5.放入蒜子生姜干辣椒。
  • 6.倒入泡椒,连同泡椒水一起倒入。
  • 7.倒入白醋。
  • 8.倒入凉白开淹过萝卜条即可。
  • 9.盖上盖子放入冰箱冷藏一夜即可。
