  • 胡萝卜1/2根
  • 红薯淀粉30克
  • 200ml
  • 韭菜80克

  • 白砂糖1茶匙
  • 白芝麻少许
  • 芝麻油1茶匙
  • 生抽2大匙
  • 1大匙
  • 蜂蜜1茶匙
  • 豆瓣酱1茶匙

Steps to make 韩式香松虾仁煎饼

  • 1.将所有材料准备好
  • 2.将面粉和淀粉一起过筛
  • 3.加入鸡蛋和盐,一边慢慢加水,一边搅拌
  • 4.充分搅拌均匀
  • 5.加入芝麻油
  • 6.将虾仁从中间破开
  • 7.将虾仁切成小丁
  • 8.将韭菜切成小段,洋葱切成小丁,葱切成葱花,胡萝卜切成丝
  • 9.将所有蔬菜、虾仁加入面糊里,搅拌均匀
  • 10.平底锅入油,用汤匙舀一定量的面糊放入锅里,小火煎至呈金黄色
  • 11.翻面,将另一面再煎至金黄色。另外将所有蘸酱材料混合,即可做成搭配煎饼的酱汁
