今天,在同事那买了5斤百香果,很香很好吃。回来一下子就切了几次这样挖来吃掉了,赶紧做瓶果酱给女儿拌酸奶,抹面包。自己做的酱比外面买的好太多了

  • 1.准备好材料,新鲜百香果洗干净外壳
  • 2.用刀切开百香果的3分1处,倒出果肉
  • 3.取出所有的果肉
  • 4.加入白糖腌1小时左右
  • 5.把腌出水的百香果肉,倒入不锈钢的锅子里,小火慢慢熬酱
  • 6.一直熬,一直熬,注意要不时搅拌一下,预防粘锅烧糊
  • 7.装果酱的瓶提前煮几分钟后凉干水分备用
  • 8.一直煮到果酱浓稠,果肉透明即可
  • 9.好好吃~~
