玫瑰花生月饼
每年中秋节,俺家的月饼中总是少不了玫瑰花的月饼。因纯玫瑰花的饼以前做过了,今年就做了这款添加了花生碎的玫瑰花月饼。做好后发现,加了花生的玫瑰花饼依然是非常好吃哩。玫瑰花的香气中融入了花生的香,两种不同的香味相互融合,竟然如此和谐啊。我总共做了20个,给姐姐妹妹们分了以后,我家就只能一人一个啦。

  • 熟糯米粉70g

  • 水油皮一份

Steps to make 玫瑰花生月饼

  • 1.自制的玫瑰酱取需要的量
  • 2.花生炒熟后打成花生碎,打的稍微细一点,和熟糯米粉一起放入玫瑰酱中
  • 3.拌均匀成为馅料。因为玫瑰酱用糖很多,所以馅料中无需再加糖
  • 4.做皮:因怕油皮和水皮的配比发在配料表中,有些亲们会弄不清,特意在这里说明。先做油酥,油酥用料:猪油100g,面粉200克。用手揉搓和成油酥面团
  • 5.水油皮用料:面粉350克,猪油100克,开水150克,转化糖浆10克。开水冲开猪油晾凉,然后放入面粉和糖浆。和成水油皮
  • 6.两种面团盖上潮湿的屉布饧1小时左右
  • 7.把油酥分成10克的剂子,水油皮分成20克的剂子
  • 8.用水油皮包裹油酥,包严实
  • 9.然后擀成长条再卷上。总共要卷3次。因每次卷好需要饧十几分钟,所以全部卷好盖上屉布饧一会儿再卷下一次。
  • 10.包入馅料后擀开。我上面用了点山楂酱,主要是为了区分馅料。只做一种的话可以不用点缀
  • 11.烤箱上火170度,下火150度,烤20分钟
  • 12.烤好的玫瑰花生饼,皮很酥,馅很香,而且薄皮大馅哦。因水油皮中加了糖浆,颜色呈黄色,好看很多哦
