  • 1.准备好所有的食材
  • 2.淡奶油加白砂糖打发
  • 3.小芒果切开,用勺子挖出果肉
  • 4.芒果果肉用破壁机的冷饮键运行结束
  • 5.牛奶50g加吉利丁10g粉加热30秒,再倒入芒果泥,搅拌均匀之后再加入刚刚打发的一般奶油
  • 6.倒进杯子的一般高度,放入冰箱冷藏1小时
  • 7.将剩余的牛奶和吉利丁粉加热搅拌溶解,再加入剩余的奶油搅拌均匀,倒在刚刚冷藏过的芒果慕斯上面,放入冰箱冷藏1小时
  • 8.最后从冰箱取出放上芒果果肉即可。
