    • 3.去除果核和纤维。
    • 4.山楂+超多糖+煮山楂的水破壁机打碎过筛。
    • 5.果泥放入不粘锅,开小火不停炒制。
    • 6.炒20分钟左右至水分变少、纹路清晰、提起锅铲几乎不掉落。
    • 7.模具刷油,倒入果酱,轻震出气泡,冷藏隔夜。
    • 8.脱模切块。
