【飞禽走兽】蜜汁猪肉脯
猪肉脯一直是我的大爱,不光解馋,还很有嚼劲。
饭后,电视机旁,手里拎着袋子猪肉脯,边嚼边跟老公讨论剧情,这生活场景,甭提多惬意了!
不过,猪肉脯的价格偏高,好吃但是吃不着数,没摸个几下子,就木有了!
要想着天天过这样惬意的生活,还是需要掂量掂量自己的口袋的!

蜜汁猪肉脯,选用猪肉糜,加入糖、生抽等调味腌制,经过擀压、烘烤而成。
做法灰常简单,口味一点不输外面的大牌,适合家庭diy!

    Steps to make 【飞禽走兽】蜜汁猪肉脯

    • 1.猪肉馅买回来,继续用刀剁至更加细腻。
    • 2.加入白糖、生抽、白胡椒粉、盐、鸡精、花雕酒调味。
    • 3.慢慢分次加入清水,顺着一个方向搅打上劲。加入白芝麻,搅拌均匀。
    • 4.锡纸上放上猪肉调好味的猪肉糜。
    • 5.上面覆上保险膜,用擀面杖擀压,越薄越好哦!将锡纸移至烤盘,将保鲜膜揭去。
    • 6.表面刷蜂蜜。
    • 7.烤箱预热,200度,将其放入,烤5-8分钟。取出,将其反过来,揭去锡纸。(烤盘底另铺一张锡纸)
    • 8.另一面也刷一层蜂蜜,送入烤箱烤5-8分钟。
    • 9.继续送入烤箱,将两面水份烤干,均烤成金黄色,即可出炉。
    • 10.冷却,剪成合适的大小即可。
