巧克力咕咕霍夫蛋糕

Steps to make 巧克力咕咕霍夫蛋糕

  • 1.软化好的黄油(配方外)均匀涂抹在模具上防粘烤箱上下火160度预热。
  • 2.牛奶和黄油小火加热至黄油融化,加入巧克力,离火,用余温融化巧克力,搅拌均匀室温放凉备用。
  • 3.分离好蛋清和蛋黄,细砂糖分三次加入蛋清,打发至硬性发泡。
  • 4.蛋黄分次加入蛋白霜,打蛋器继续中速打发。
  • 5.分次加入所有蛋黄,打蛋器中速打发至纹路不消失状态。
  • 6.低筋面粉分两次过筛加入,翻拌均匀。
  • 7.取一小勺蛋糕糊至巧克力黄油混合液体中翻拌均匀。
  • 8.再倒回蛋糕糊,继续翻拌均匀。
  • 9.蛋糕糊倒入裱花袋,挤入模具,轻震模具震出大气泡。放入烤箱中下层上下火160度烤40分钟左右。出炉后彻底放凉脱模。
