Steps to make 橙汁蛋糕卷

  • 1.面粉过筛,蛋白蛋黄分离。橙汁加入油,搅拌均匀。
  • 2.筛入面粉,上下翻拌均匀无颗粒。
  • 3.蛋黄打散,加入面糊中,上下翻拌均匀无颗粒。
  • 4.蛋白加入几滴白醋,淀粉5克,打至干性发泡。
  • 5.盛1/3蛋白到蛋黄糊中,上下翻拌均匀。
  • 6.再把蛋白全部倒入蛋黄糊中,上下翻拌均匀。
  • 7.倒入烤盘,在桌上震两下,把内部的大气泡震出来。烤箱预热,180度,第二层,15分钟。
  • 8.取出后立即倒扣,撕油纸。
  • 9.涂抹番茄果酱,卷起。
