Steps to make 辣炒鸡丁

  • 1.鸡腿肉切丁,加入生抽、料酒、盐各1匙,搅拌均匀,放入冰箱腌制2小时。
  • 2.锅内放入食用油,油烧热至八成热,放入鸡丁炸至金黄。
  • 3.捞出控油备用。
  • 4.辣椒剪成小段去除辣椒籽,姜切丝,葱切碎。
  • 5.锅内留少许底油,加入葱、姜、花椒、八角、辣椒爆香。
  • 6.倒入鸡丁翻炒片刻,加入少许生抽、白糖继续翻炒几下出锅。
