学习半年,结识了同样憨憨的舍友G,她有两个崽,一儿一女,非常幸福。但是她不会做饭,说是心气儿很高,就是经常翻车。我向她安利,做饭这个事非常美好,人间烟火,就在这一餐一饭。于是她决定再战厨房,为了两个崽,将来回忆起童年的时候,尽是麻麻做的美食的味道,而不只是……麻麻你的外卖到了*。所以,近期休息,就发些菜谱,为了记录自己生活的点滴,也为了鼓励G。
奶香土豆泥,食材和做法都非常简单,主要是做法简单,不会翻车。希望G和她的崽们喜欢*。

  • 炼乳20g
  • 黑胡椒粗盐少许

Steps to make 奶香土豆泥

  • 1.土豆洗净,切块。
  • 2.放入蒸屉。
  • 3.蒸30分钟(电饭锅),蒸锅什么的二十多分钟差不多,熟透了就行。
  • 4.盛出捣碎。
  • 5.捣不碎了……拿保鲜袋装起,用擀面杖敲。哎,柜子里面有那个捣土豆泥的工具,懒得去找了,就用擀面杖了。
  • 6.敲碎,小块用手按一下。
  • 7.盛入碗中,倒入牛奶,适量。少量多次,边倒边搅拌。
  • 8.加入炼乳,没有炼乳的话可以不加,或者加点白砂糖。
  • 9.捣入黑胡椒粗盐。如果怕小孩子觉得辣,就只放盐就好了。
  • 10.搅拌的过程中,我感觉土豆泥有些凉了,于是搅拌好以后,装入了烤碗,用烤箱加热一下。
