奶油蓝莓核桃马芬
库存的奶油要到期,想办法消耗,家中正好有蓝莓,用点黄油做个比较简单的马芬,味道真的很赞,上面的表皮微微有点脆感,中间是软的,吃到蓝莓的水润润的,而核桃仁却是很香脆,还会继续做的马芬。

  • 白糖80g
  • 泡打粉5g

  • 1.准备的原料。
  • 2.黄油隔水融化。
  • 3.再加入淡奶油
  • 4.加鸡蛋加入白糖打匀。

  • 6.再次搅打均匀。
  • 7.低筋粉,泡打粉过筛加入蛋液中。
  • 8.再加入核桃仁和蓝莓。
  • 9.轻轻拌匀,不要过渡的搅拌以免面团上劲,影响蛋糕的涨发。
  • 10.装进蛋糕杯中,八分满就可以。
  • 11.烤箱180度预热10分钟后,蛋糕糊表面再撒点核桃仁和蓝莓,再把蛋糕杯放进烤箱中层,上下火烤制25分钟。
