  • 1.食材准备。
  • 2.三色藜麦开水下锅,煮15分钟。
  • 3.藜麦上蒸锅,再蒸10分钟。
  • 4.培根切小丁。
  • 5.锅中热油,下青豆、培根与藜麦翻炒,加少量盐。
  • 6.将炒藜麦饭盛到烤盘中,炒饭上铺上一层芝士。
  • 7.烤箱预热178℃,将焗饭烤盘放入烤箱11分钟完毕。
  • 8.香喷喷的焗饭做好咯。
