Steps to make 浓浓的爱——七夕双色爱心曲奇

  • 1.所有用到的东西
  • 2.黄油提前从冰箱拿出,室温软化,用电动打蛋器打发过程中分三次加入白糖
  • 3.鸡蛋打散并加入少许炼奶搅拌均匀
  • 4.将3慢慢分三次倒入2中,每次都用打蛋器充分搅拌,使之充分融合
  • 5.面粉中加入少许盐混合均匀并倒入4中切拌均匀
  • 6.取1/2面团加入奶粉。
  • 7.取1/4的面团加入巧克力粉
  • 8.取1/4的面团加入绿茶粉
  • 9.所有面团用保鲜膜包好放冰箱冷藏室30分钟,使其易于整形。共做成两片白面团,一片巧克力面团,绿茶面团整成柱状。另在留出少许白面团。
  • 10.取出两片面团,去掉保鲜膜后叠在一起,注意上方的面团稍短一些,从两侧向中间卷起
  • 11.卷好的样子,放入冰箱冷冻室30分钟
  • 12.将绿面团和剩余白面的面团做如图整形
  • 13.用白面团包裹。放入冰箱冷冻室30分钟
  • 14.从冰箱取出冻硬的面团,切成约0.4cm的薄片放在烤盘里

  • 16.上下火160°10min,转150°10min~
  • 17.出炉~
