Steps to make 鸡米花

  • 1.将鸡胸肉洗净去水伤,加入五香粉、姜粉、盐、葱段拌匀。
  • 2.再加入此料适量。
  • 3.拌至均匀腌制20分钟入味。
  • 4.准备腌制好的鸡肉丁,玉米淀粉、面包糠、鸡蛋液。
  • 5.取1块鸡丁块先沾匀淀粉。
  • 6.先沾好够一次下锅的量,多次少炸。
  • 7.再沾满鸡蛋液后,最后沾匀面包糠。
  • 8.逐个少量入锅炸(根据上色情况中小火随时调整)。
  • 9.第一遍鸡米花已炸好,颜色均匀。
  • 10.第二遍覆炸要快,颜色金黄即捞出控油。
  • 11.鸡米花成品出锅外酥里嫩。
  • 12.打开一袋刚买的椒盐。
  • 13.可治椒盐或蕃茄酱食用。
  • 14.1块鸡胸肉就炸出一盘香酥可口的鸡米花,自制鸡米花干净卫生,现做玩吃口感好。
