Steps to make 韩式海鲜泡菜年糕

  • 1.手指年糕半包
  • 2.先将手指年糕煮软,捞入凉水盆中,分开。
  • 3.鱿鱼一只,去掉表面的一层薄膜,切条。
  • 4.入开水锅中焯一下,捞出备用。
  • 5.小虾酱2小勺
  • 6.番茄辣椒椒酱2大勺
  • 7.大虾适量开背去掉虾腺后清洗干净备用。
  • 8.娃娃菜梗清洗干净,切细丝,有洋葱的可以加些洋葱丝。
  • 9.锅中加油烧热,将菜梗下锅炒软,
  • 10.加入半碗泡菜汁,2大勺番茄辣椒酱。炒匀。
  • 11.加入年糕,鱿鱼,
  • 12.大虾入锅,看下汤汁多少,如果汤不够,可以加小半碗清水,尝一下味道,根据喜好选择加盐和糖调味儿,小火炖煮至汤浓就可以啦。可以加些青蒜段儿。
