Steps to make 鲜味平菇鲫鱼汤

  • 1.全部食材
  • 2.将平菇洗干净后撕成小条状。
  • 3.姜洗净切成丝。
  • 4.将葱切成葱花。
  • 5.用姜将炒锅抹一遍防止煎鱼时火粘锅。
  • 6.锅里放油后将鱼轻轻滑入锅内,过三分钟后翻鱼。(姜没抹匀有鱼皮粘锅了)
  • 7.锅内加水没过鱼,最好多加点水因为要煮三十分钟。
  • 8.放入平菇。
  • 9.放入姜丝和枸杞熬煮。
  • 10.出锅了,好香啊!
