酸萝卜黑鱼片
那天外出吃酸菜鱼大宝说吃着太辣了,让我回家给他也煮上一大锅。我没有用酸菜而是用酸萝卜来代替,十分的开胃哦。

Steps to make 酸萝卜黑鱼片

  • 1.备好所用食材。
  • 2.锅里加油,将辣椒生姜葱白与鱼骨一并下锅炒香。
  • 3.然后再加入洋葱一并加至出味。
  • 4.再将煮好的开水加至在锅里,加开水汤底煮的快一点更出味。
  • 5.然后将酸萝卜改刀下锅。
  • 6.再将春菜改刀下锅一并煮至出味。
  • 7.加细盐及料酒调味。
  • 8.汤底煮出味之后再将用料酒腌制过的鱼片及葱段下锅,烫至鱼片熟透就可以。
  • 9.最后按个人喜好加入熟芝麻。
