油焖大虾

  • 生姜1块
  • 酒酿半碗
  • 番茄酱1.5勺
  • 料酒少许
  • 生抽2勺
  • 胡椒粉半勺

Steps to make 油焖大虾

  • 1.买回来的大虾洗干净。
  • 2.用剪刀剪掉胡须和虾脚。
  • 3.用牙签挑去虾线。
  • 4.剪掉虾枪。
  • 5.去掉沙包用清水清洗干净。
  • 6.再用厨房纸将虾身上的水擦干净。
  • 7.准备辅料。
  • 8.大蒜生姜切片末,小葱叶切成葱花。
  • 9.锅中倒比平常炒菜多一点的油,将处理好的大虾放进去煎至一面变色。
  • 10.翻过再将另一面煎至变色。
  • 11.捞出备用。
  • 12.用余油炒香大蒜生姜末,里面加料酒,生抽,酒酿,番茄酱和胡椒粉搅拌均匀烧开。
  • 13.煎至好的大虾放进去翻炒均匀大火收汁。
  • 14.汤汁浓稠关火装盘。
  • 15.撒上葱花装饰。
  • 16.成品图。
