{蔬菜手擀面}
接触美食天下其实应该在很早前了,那时有什么想做的菜,就上来搜搜看看,学到了很多~ 手擀面就是当时的成果之一。

我们家一半是南方人,一半是北方人。虽然我一直生活在南方,但从小喜食面食就多过米饭。饺子、面条、馒头什么的都爱。

面条,从超市买的筒装的,在面食铺买的机器新鲜压的,种类很多,做起来也方便,但都不如家里的手擀面来的筋道、滋味足~

所以每次做手擀面,我总会多做一些,放在冰箱里,想吃的时候,来上一碗,那叫一个满足,那叫一个温暖呀~~~~~


做得多了,熟悉了,自己慢慢也积累了一些心得,在细节上面也做了些小小改进,口感更好,也更营养,分享给大家~

Steps to make {蔬菜手擀面}

  • 1.菠菜洗净,沥干,用搅拌机打碎。
  • 2.打碎后的菠菜和面粉混合,加少许盐
  • 3.倒一些清水顺时针旋拌至雪花状,然后和面至表面光滑。和的硬度比馒头的面稍软即可。
  • 4.和好的面用保鲜膜包好,放入冰箱上层。过半小时,拿出,揉制,摔打,然后再用保鲜膜包好放入冰箱上层。如此反复多次。
  • 5.紫甘蓝洗净,沥干,入搅拌机打碎。和入面粉中,加少量盐。
  • 6.step5中的面加适量,顺时针旋拌至雪花状,然后揉捏至表面光滑。
  • 7.此步骤同步骤4.
  • 8.经过反复摔打揉捏后的面团,变得筋道有力。用一只大的擀面杖将面团擀至自己喜欢的厚度,尽量保持厚薄一致。记得用扑粉防粘。
  • 9.紫色面团和绿色面团步骤一致。擀好的面团两面撒均匀扑粉,然后对折几道,切成自己想要的宽度即可。然后用手指轻抓面条,抖松,抖落多余的散粉。
  • 10.好吃又营养的手擀面就做好咯。
