香炖三文鱼头
因为怕腥,一直不敢做鱼,见到鱼都是远远躲着,生怕身上被腥味沾到了。可偏偏俺这么一怕鱼的姑娘却嫁给了一个专爱吃鱼的伙计,说到鱼,无不神往,因为在他的调教下,俺勉强学习做鱼,慢慢在心理上接受了煮鱼和吃鱼。现在就来晾晾俺多次试验后做出来不腥而且鲜香的三文鱼头吧。

    Steps to make 香炖三文鱼头

    • 1.将三文鱼头洗净,去除腮和鳞(我干脆连鱼皮都剥干净),然后切成块,用盐,料酒、柠檬汁腌制
    • 2.另外,将洋葱切丝,芹菜切丁,干辣椒、姜、大葱切成末
    • 3.锅里放油,油热后将鱼头放入煎,直到鱼块四面金黄后捞出,锅内留油
    • 4.直接利用锅内剩下的油,放入干辣椒、葱、姜煸炒出香味,再加入洋葱、芹菜炒香
    • 5.最后将煎好的鱼块放回锅内,加水炖制,大火烧开后小火炖制10-15分钟,放入少量盐及调味料即可关火。
