来自大草原的我,对羊肉一直是情有独钟,羊肉串自然也成了我家的最爱!烤这个肉串要用羊腿肉,羊腿的肉质细嫩,容易消化,性温味甘,即可食补又可食疗,是优良的强健祛疾食品! 我家的这个肉串是电烤炉烤的,烤的时候放在吸油烟机下边,很是方便!

Steps to make 羊肉串

  • 1.羊腿肉洗净
  • 2.切小块
  • 3.洋葱切碎
  • 4.最重要的调料“烧烤料”备好
  • 5.切好的羊肉放入大盆里,放入洋葱碎、盐、味精、孜然、辣椒面、五香粉、烧烤料,反复抓匀入味,封上保鲜膜腌制1~2个小时
  • 6.腌好的羊肉
  • 7.铁签子洗净穿串,中间留些空隙,不要太紧
  • 8.电烤炉温度上来后即可码上肉串烤制
  • 9.颜色稍变即可刷上一层植物油,中途要翻面
  • 10.颜色发黄、变深即可把肉串摞在一起撒盐,撒孜然和辣椒面,再烤几分钟入入味即可上桌,喜欢辣的这个时候可以再撒一遍辣椒粉。
