Steps to make 拇指生煎

  • 1.准备食材,生姜洗干净切成薄片,花椒八角香叶用清水清洗干净。
  • 2.锅中加一小碗水,将香叶,八角花椒粒和生姜放进去烧开。
  • 3.将调料用漏勺捞出,浓汤宝放进去。
  • 4.煮化。
  • 5.倒进碗里晾凉放冰箱冷藏半个小时。
  • 6.小葱切成葱花,准备黑白熟芝麻。
  • 7.后腿肉清洗干净切成小块用绞肉机绞成肉馅,里面加生抽,老抽,五香粉,胡椒粉,白糖和少许盐。
  • 8.朝着一个方向搅拌均匀,将冷藏过的浓汤宝汤料倒进去再朝着一个方向搅拌均匀。
  • 9.加葱花和少许芝麻香油朝着一个方向搅拌均匀。
  • 10.搅拌好的肉馅放冰箱冷藏半小时。
  • 11.取一小碗,里面加少许玉米淀粉和水做个水淀粉备用。
  • 12.取一馄饨皮,将肉馅放进去。
  • 13.像包包子捏成褶皱收口。
  • 14.将包好的生煎放进平底锅从边上淋上油小火盖盖煎2分钟,底部煎成金黄色。
  • 15.将水淀粉慢慢倒进去,盖上盖中火煎3分钟。
  • 16.开盖撒上黑白芝麻和葱花。
  • 17.装盘,皮薄汁多肉鲜,一口一个太好吃了。
