冰淇淋面包甜品杯
这次的甜品杯,想法来源很简单,就是参考了慕斯蛋糕的做法。

将蛋糕片用面包丁代替,慕斯液换成冰淇淋,期间蘸点儿蔓越莓朗姆酒糖浆,撒一些酒渍蔓越莓,最后做好的混合风味很是让人欣喜~~

吃的时候么,做好就可以开动了,这时冰淇淋是半融化状态,汁液浸润到面包丁内的味道不错~~或者也可以放回冰箱稍稍冷冻一下,不要太久,冰淇淋凝固了就好,这时再吃,凉凉爽爽的也很棒哦~~




材料:
主料:面包1片,冰淇淋适量,酒渍蔓越莓适量
蔓越莓朗姆酒糖浆:细砂糖30g,水35g,浸泡过蔓越莓的朗姆酒10ml

Steps to make 冰淇淋面包甜品杯

  • 1.先制作蔓越莓朗姆酒糖浆:将糖和水一起倒入锅中
  • 2.小火加热至糖融化
  • 3.倒至容器中晾凉
  • 4.然后加入浸泡过蔓越莓干的朗姆酒
  • 5.可以看到酒液悬浮在上层
  • 6.搅匀即可
  • 7.取一片面包
  • 8.切成1cm见方的小丁
  • 9.取出一个透明杯子,在杯子底部倒入适量冰淇淋
  • 10.夹一块面包丁,在朗姆酒糖浆中蘸一下
  • 11.摆放在杯子底部冰淇淋的表面
  • 12.在面包丁的间隙中放入酒渍蔓越莓
  • 13.在表面铺一层冰淇淋
  • 14.然后继续之前的操作:蘸糖浆摆放面包丁
  • 15.摆放蔓越莓
  • 16.铺冰淇淋,直至将杯子填满;此时可直接食用,也可稍微冰冻一下再食用
