  • 1.材料备用。
  • 2.鸡蛋打散,菜脯切成碎粒待用。
  • 3.煎锅下油烧热,放菜脯粒进油锅里炒香。
  • 4.把炒香的菜脯粒放入鸡蛋液里。
  • 5.再放1小勺盐搅拌均匀(菜脯本身有咸味,不用放太多盐)。
  • 6.煎锅下油烧热,用勺子勺入蛋液。
  • 7.慢火煎至金黄色,翻其另一面煎黄即可。
