Steps to make 巧克力曲奇

  • 1.黑巧克力和奶油隔水融化,然后隔温水保温
  • 2.软化的黄油加入糖粉和盐,打发至发白,体积变大
  • 3.分两次加入蛋液,打发均匀
  • 4.分两次加入巧克力溶液,搅打均匀
  • 5.筛入可可粉和低粉
  • 6.用刮刀搅匀
  • 7.装入裱花袋内,在烤盘上挤出花样
  • 8.送进预热好的烤箱,中层,上下火170℃,20分钟左右
